The Prague Hop-On, Hop-Off Tour busses run from 9:30am to 6:15pm. Buses arrive approximately every 45 minutes. An entire loop takes approximately 70 minutes to complete.
The River Cruise, runs from from Dvorákovo nábreží pier no 5 from 10:00am till 5:30pm
For the Prague Hop-On, Hop-Off Tour, you can board the bus at any of the stops and show your printed voucher to the driver. For the Castle Tour, you can hop off the bus at stop #3 – Prague Castle. Prague Castle Tour
Your 90-minute Prague Castle Tour starts at bus stop #3 – Prague Castle. Once you have stepped out of the bus, company staff will introduce you to your English-speaking guide. After a brief walk and some interesting, historical tid-bits, you will arrive at Prague Castle. Your guide will lead you around the castle as its history, architecture, and significance are explained to you. The tour of the castle’s exteriors ends at Prague Castle itself; and, you can either walk back to bus stop #3 or explore the surrounding area.

You may board the bus at any stop. The voucher can be shown to the driver at any of the stops.
The ticket must be available for submission to the driver or any other employee of Prague Bus Tours, as it is mandatory!
At Main Station, the stop location is on the opposite side of the road. It is located in Wilsonova street. You can find it front of the entrance to Art Noveau building of the main railway station next to the road. The stop is marked with timetable sign with GPS- 50.083295, 14.435075.
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol, ice cream, or any other liquid product is prohibited during the entire journey on the bus! Passengers may be removed from the bus without a refund for failing to adhere to this rule.
Suitcases are not permitted in the bus due to limited available room and passenger safety

The two bus lines covered a good portion of the city, and the commentary was most informative. I saw many sights between the stops that I returned to investigate more thoroughly. The castle tour and boat ride were also grand. I also really liked the color of the bus!
